Investor Sentiment and Governance Mechanisms

Governance mechanisms include earnings management, ownership structure, and board characteristics. Under information transparency, the corporate governance reflected investor sentiment is worthy of further discussion. The purpose of this study discusses the impact of Governance mechanisms on investor sentiment. Based on the annual data of listed companies from 2008 to 2017, multiple linear regression analysis was used to observe the impact of Governance mechanisms on investor sentiment.
