Virtual Device Composition

This paper describes an approach for connecting basic functionalities of distributed consumer electronics and telecommunication equipment to compose so called virtual devices for better user experience. Basic device functions can be their capabilities such as keyboard, mouse, display, storage, as well as communication and messaging capabilities. The paper gives a short introduction of the idea and the need for such a device composition and describes a concept platform for virtual device composition
