Computer Aided Layout of Distributed CMOS Static Decoders

We designed static distributed decoders that allow the synthesis of PLA-like functions at the user site. A bus oriented design minimizes circuit area. An automatic layout program compiles the equations of the decoders and generates the circuit layout in CMOS Si-gate technology.
