A Successfully Operated Case of Arteriovenous Malformation in the Colon with Massive Melena

動静脈瘻に原因する消化管出血の報告例は少く本邦文献上に10例,自験例を含めて11例,欧米文献上でもMeyerが218例を集計報告しているにすぎず極めて稀れな疾患である.われわれは最近右結腸肝彎曲部の動静脈瘻の破裂による大量下血の1例を経験し,術前の腹部angiogra-phyにより本症の特徴的所見を得,外科的治療により治癒せしめたので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する.
