Acquisition Trajectories for X-Ray Tomosynthesis Applied to Planar Samples

Usage of X-ray laminography for inspection tasks in aerospace is difficult because of low contrast structures and defects. Hence using an optimized tilt angle becomes more important. This article deals with the design of new trajectory types for use in combination with tomosynthesis reconstruction and shows how these trajectories can increase reconstruction quality.
