Aiming at the phenomena of charge injection,charge sharing and clock feedthrough in traditional charge pump,an architecture of a novel and self-balanced CPPLL circuit is presented,which is built on the foundation of the improvement toward the traditional PFD and CP and is applied to the design of a triangle-wave oscillator.The circuit design is realized in TSMC 5 V 0.6 μm BCD technology.Spectre simulation shows that it can reduce the effect of current mismatching,charge injection and charge sharing,and can generate triangle-wave signal which is steady and symmetrical and with frequency adjustable in wide range(to GHZ).The power consumption is 1.4 mW.
