PURPOSE: A location detecting system of missing person by using the black box of a vehicle is provided to trace the position of a missing person by periodically transmitting the unique number of an RF transmission terminal belong to children and the old. CONSTITUTION: An RF sender/receiver terminal(203) sends unique number. The main server(200) of a control center manage the unique number of the RF sender/receiver terminal and personal information through a database. The main server periodically receives the unique number, position, a time of the RF sender/receiver terminal and compares the unique number with registration information, and then traces the moving path of a mission person.
