Global expectation values of shared restoration capacity for general mesh networks

We establish analytical descriptions of extra capacity for shared mesh restoration of single link failures in mesh networks. These descriptions provide insight into the underlying dependencies allowing fast computation of the tradeoffs among survivability strategies.
