The invention discloses a method for rapidly positioning a local discharging source based on two UHF sensors. According to the method for rapidly positioning the local discharging source based on the two UHF sensors, a portable local discharging UHF signal positioning device is adopted, the two UHF sensors are arranged and used for receiving UHF signals generated due to local discharging inside a high-voltage electrical device to be measured, filtrating, amplification and analog-digital conversion are conducted on the UHF signals, so that integral waveforms of the two paths of UHF signals are obtained, the times when the signals of the local discharging source reach the two UHF sensors are compared so that a signal time difference can be obtained, when the signal time difference is zero, it is indicated that the local discharging source is located on a split of a connection line between the two UHF sensors, three splits which are perpendicular to one another are determined in the three-dimensional space, and the local discharging source is located on the point of intersection of the three splits. The method is suitable for positioning internal local discharging sources of high-voltage electrical devices such as high-voltage switch cabinets, transformers, power cables and GIS devices.
