The Misuse of Case Teaching Method in Law Education and Ways to Improve It

Citing cases is a very commonly used and fairly effective teaching method in law education.However,in the present use of this method,there exist problems of form coming before quality,result before process and classroom knowledge before range of knowledge,etc.In law education,case teaching method should focus on the aim of training personnel for law profession.Furthermore a timely and precise data base for law cases and an assessing system for case teaching method should be built up so that positive teaching effects can be ensured.
