Realization of direct current motor control system based on embedded Linux has many applications for intelligent robot. Based on the platform of S3C44B0, we introduced the composition of driving hardware, the speed measurement system and the control of direct current motors. Then in software, based on the system of uClinux, we produced the direct current motor device driving program, the whole flowing of transplanting uClinux operation core to S3C44B0 which is composition of realization interface of device driving, compile driving into kernel, and add applications in file system of uClinux, At last, test the device driving and the whole controlling system by application program.
