Compositional Modifications of 10%‐Pb‐Doped Bi0.5Na0.5Tio3 for High‐Temperature Dielectrics

Modifications of 10%-Pb-doped Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 were studied for consideration as possible high-temperature dielectrics. Composition with potassium gave a broader dielectric response and a lower temperature of the ferroelectric-antiferroelectric transition. With La doping, a low-temperature-stable dielectric constant was obtained. Barium modifications increased the dielectric constant and also lowered the first transition temperature. However, doped with 10% Ba, the composition ordered and the first transition ceased to exist.
