Satellite Selection Algorithm for GPS/Galileo Combination of Navigation and Positioning System

To resolve the conflict between positioning accuracy and the computational burden when using double satellite combined navigation system, the satellite selection algorithm should be improved.Besides analyzing the differences between single constellation system and combined constellation system, several ways of five satellites were proposed, and their characteristics were analyzed through simulation.Besides,a method of the largest absolute value was proposed for selecting more than five satellites based on the relationship between matrix and GDOP,and the simulation result of six and seven visible satellites proves feasibility of the method.
