E-Commerce Infusion Into Business Education—Encompassing the Realities of an Emerging Business Model

Abstract Researchers surveyed 287 business educators regarding the infusion of e-commerce topics such as success factors, government regulation, and protection of intellectual property, into current business education programs at both the secondary and postsecondary levels. The survey also investigated respondents' personal involvment in e-commerce transactions or learning. The findings suggest that e-commerce is not being highly emphasized or integrated into existing business education programs.
