New Advances in Ferry Testing Approaches

Abstract This paper describes new advances in applying the Ferry concept to osi end-system testing. A step-by-step refinement to the configuration of the Loop-back Ferry Approach is presented. Two system variations in realization of a Ferry Channel are compared and analyzed. Finally, the framework of the testing system under development at the Chengdu Institute of Computer Application ( cica ) is introduced.
