A Critical Review

The rates of sexual dysfunction in the community are of interest not only for identifying individuals who need treatment but also for service development and deployment of adequate resources. It also allows researchers to compare rates across different cultural and geographical settings and different age groups, thereby attempting to understand social and cultural similarities as well as differences. The needs for management and intervention are different in bisexual individuals . Their sexual activities and relationships make it difŽ cult for them to access services. The third group that will be covered in the present review is that of youth and adolescence who, for successful individual sexuality, need peer support as well as good parental guidance. The fourth area that needs our attention in this review is that of interpersonal violence, rape and what makes one set of individual human beings sexually abuse and rape another group.
