새 千年을 향한 東北亞 主要港灣의 物流센터 運營에 關한 硏究

As the trend of accelerated globalization of multi-national corporations, the dynamic changes of corporate environments, and the significance of international logistics, this study is focused on the practical management of international logistics center and the policy developments for bringing up asian major ports including Japan, China, and Korea. Manufacturers are handling their diversified products line in a very short lead time and products life cycle because of consumers' aggressive needs. Now, ports are no more doing its own traditional way of services. They have to provide total one-stop, quick services until their customers are fully satisfied with high quality services of cargo allocation, physical distribution, and processing. With this point of view, ports have to be equipped with prospective facilities of electronically automated controlled international logistics center to accommodate all kinds of cargo. The conclusions are (1) to construct the infra system for the efficient connection of land and marine transportation (2) to build the cross-continental transportation network for the use of trains (3) to apply the functional merit of free trade zone to the customs formalities and clearance for the simple procedure (4) to increase the synergy effects combined ultra high speed telecommunication and transportation to set up the integrated information base (5) to arrange the optimum solutions for regulations and systems.
