Taking the regulatory planning of Shandong industrial park in Beichuan as an example,this article described our exploration in the aspects of project selection,evaluation mechanism,industry division,minimum land plot division and control indicator system of industrial park.And then it proposes our thinking in planning process model,regulatory planning preparation and zoning incentives.
