DEM 기반 노면용 타이어 모델에 대한 연구

For vehicle dynamics problem, a road profile is presented through two factors - road geometry & friction coefficient. But unlike the normal road, more factors besides these too factors are required to apply to the soft ground consisting of sand or gravel. Currently, the soft ground model is presented through DEM(Discrete Element Method) which is actively researched in the number of studies. However, for an application of DEM to the soft ground model, a new tire model is needed for calculating contact force -longitudinal/lateral force - between road and tire. In this study, tire model is made to calculate longitudinal/lateral force, using slip ratio vs. vertical force & side slip angle vs. vertical force respectively, and this model is validated through DEM road profile.
