An Image Processing System for Quality Assurance in Diagnostic Radiology

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the advantages of using an image processing system for quality control in diagnostic radiology. Some of the principal physical and technical parameters in radiological image processing can be checked anf verified by assuming the radiogram has the function of an image detector and then by using a hardware/software integrated system for the acquisition and processing of radiological images.
