Remote Fetal Medicine Consultation Using Stored Ultrasound Video Images

Preliminary experience of remote fetal medidne consultation via a telemedicine link indicates that it may be a satisfactory method for visualizing and interpreting realtime fetal scans, without the mother having to travel to a specialist centre'. We now report the use of stored video images, transmitted via the same telemedicine link, as an aid to the interpretation and management of two pregnancies.
