Combined imageable optical projection tomographic imaging device and method

The invention discloses a combined imageable optical projection tomographic imaging device and a method, wherein the device comprises two charge coupled devices (CCD) cameras, two narrow-band filtering pieces, an electronic control rotating platform, a light source, a container and a capillary glass tube, wherein the direction of one CCD camera is parallel to the light source after an object to be imaged and the filtering pieces are on the same line, and the direction of the other CCD camera is vertical to the light source after the object to be imaged and the filtering pieces are on the same line. A computer controls the two CCD cameras, the electronic control rotating platform and the light source to operate. On the basis of simultaneously acquiring the transmission-type and emission-type projection data, the method processes the acquired projection data, a three-dimensional reconstruction image is obtained through utilizing a filtered back projection algorithm, and the image registration is carried out finally to realize the multi-mode information fusion of the object to be imaged. The invention provides the transmission-type and emission-type projection data method, and has the advantages of simple operation process, short scanning time and accurate image registration.
