Fish school analysis from multibeam sonar image processing

The aim of this study is to provide 3D fish school descriptors. Digital data from a high resolution multibeam sonar are acquired in order to reconstruct the fish school volume and the bottom surface. This paper presents different steps required for data and image analysis. Data correction, objects extraction methods are focused in this paper.
