Video Steganographic Algorithm Based on Intra Prediction Modification for H.264/AVC

To analyze the technique of video steganography, which provides security guarantees for national security and confidential information of government agencies and enterprises, videos may be used to transform secret information and then achieve the goal of covert communication. Aim to use the specific features of the H.264–intra prediction mode, and decrease the modification rate, we present a video steganography method based on logistic mapping and the intra prediction mode in H.264/AVC. First of all, we process, the secret information from logistic sequence. Then we use the parity of intra prediction mode of 4 × 4 blocks group. Further, embed secret information by modifying the parity. Experimental results indicate that our algorithm has good invisibility, little influence on the bit rate of the video carrier, and the modification rate is low.
