Review of Optimal Recovery

Optimal recovery is a tool that can be used with adaptively quadratic (AQua) image models to develop e‐cient interpolation algorithms. In this technical report optimal recovery is reviewed as it applies to AQua image models. The connection between optimal recovery, least squares and support vector machines is also slightly touched upon.
