In this paper, we propose a user participational community tv casting service platform technology based on tv user group. The user can accomplish convergent contents sharing and distribution by using open media channel which consists of multi-format local content locating at NDR(Networked Digital Recorder) storage unit and related web portal contents which can be obtained by open api for searching web portal contents.
