Study of Dam Eco-Scheduling Supply Chain Management Pattern

Based on the analysis of supply chain management mode,designing of dam eco-scheduling system was introduced.The design of dam eco-scheduling supply chain structure follows the principles of systemic,coordination,simplicity,combination of top-down and bottom-up,equity and efficiency and dynamic.The structure diagram dam eco-scheduling system can show the direction of flow and the relationship of department concerning dam,water users,outfall and management with Beiyun River as example.The key is to establish an information sharing mechanism and coordination mechanism,which includes coordination mechanism of the internal dam,between dams and supply chain external etc.
