Application of Frequency Division of Carboniferous Thin Reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield

Frequency division technique could be used to obtain more original information.The clearer locations of fault,breakpoint and fault combinations would be obtained by filtering seismic data with frequency division in time domain,which was beneficial for fault interpretation.The analysis of spectral decomposition was beneficial for oil discrimination and lateral distribution of geology body.Frequency division inversion was a technique in both time and frequency domain,by which the composite impedance can be gained.The composite impedance has high resolution in thin reservoirs.It is better prospects of using in Tahe Oilfield.Better results are obtained in thin reservoir prediction.
