A method for controlling a display device which executes an application which includes at least one object is disclosed. According to the present invention, the controlling method includes the steps of displaying an executing screen of the application including at least one object above; receiving input of an object position changing order including at least one of a position changing direction and a position changing level; and displaying the application executing screen including a first object of which position has changed based on the object position changing order.
