Design for the Reverse Logistics Network of WEEE Based on Fuzzy Programming

A model of the reverse logistic network was put forward based on fuzzy programming to solve recycling network design problem on condition that the recovery quantity is not certain.The triangular fuzzy number was used in this model to describe the recovery quantity,then fuzzy statistics method was used to compute fuzzy parameter membership,and then the fuzzy constraints are clear.The fuzzy programming model was changed into a deterministic programing model.The model was solved by traditional computation method and operations research software LINGO9.0.Taken reverse logistics network of Guangxi for an example.The numbers and locations of network nodes and the volume of logistics were respectively established when the confidence level was equal to 0.1,0.3,05,0.7 and 0.9 based on the chosen four kinds of household appliances(television sets,refrigerators,washing machines,air conditioning).The results indicate that the calculated recovery quantity and flows of network nodes change with the varied confidence levels,and the locations of storage centers and dismantling centers may change but those of waste landfills may remain unchanged.
