Desk-top computer program for rapid dye-dilution curve calculation.

Abstract A simple program for a desk-top computer is presented which allows rapid calculation of cardiac output from a few direct measurements of the original curve. Semilogarithmic plotting of downslope is completely automatic. Theory behind the program and method of calculation are described. Comparison of the present and conventional manual methods reveals minimal difference between the two.
