Modern capability is the key element of a modern person's healthy and comprehensive personality.It basically decides the direction of a modern person's reasoning and the correct forming and effective realization of his objectives,and decides the rational scope,depth,strength and full meeting of his needs.A modern man must fully develop his rich potentiality,exercise his strong body,train his skill,cultivate his wisdom, and fully expand his capability of omnibearing and many levels by suitable education.The suitable education is the right modern education on the basis of capability,whose blueprint and scheme is the course on the basis of capability.It demands that the traditional idea on the basis of knowledge basically turn to the course on the basis of capability.It demands that we select educational content and way on the basis of the demand of a modern person's capability structure and the capability developing law.It emphasizes the transformation from knowledge to capability.It stresses the course on the basis of capability,such as experimental course,exercise course and open course.It strengthenes to train the teachers' teaching capability.
