A Knowledge Management Strategy for the Jason Organization*: A Case Study

Knowledge management is being discussed as one of the key pillars of an organization's human capital strategy (6). With potential knowledge drains in many organizations, knowledge management is being applied for capturing, leveraging, and sharing knowledge internally and externally. Many papers in the literature discuss various methodologies for developing knowledge management initiatives. However, few explain specific knowledge management strategies that are used in an organization. This paper discusses a case study of a knowledge management strategy for a technical organization.
