Method for improving access of terminals and the wireless communication system thereof

A method for improving the access of terminals and the wireless communication system thereof are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: a base station sends a message comprising the information for assisting a terminal to access, and instructs the terminal to access the accessible base station and/or instructs the terminal not to access the not-accessible base station by the message. The information for assisting the terminal to access comprises an identification information list of terminals, which are allowed to access the base station sending the information, and/or an identification information list of terminal groups, which are allowed to access the base station sending the information, and/or an identification information list of terminals, which are not allowed to access the base station sending the information, and/or an identification information list of terminal groups, which are not allowed to access the base station sending the information, and/or the information of other base stations except the base station sending the above message. With the method and the system of the present invention, it enables the terminals to determine the suitable base station to access quickly, reduces the communication throughput issued by the aimless access of terminals, improves the access speed of terminals, and improves the quality of service of the wireless communication system.
