Life cycle cost analysis of high performance concrete bridges considering their environmental impacts

This paper presents a comprehensive approach to life cycle cost analysis of reinforced concrete bridges that takes into account all costs incurred by the owners and users during construction, maintenance rehabilitation and replacement. This approach provides also an estimate of the environmental impacts associated with construction and replacement of bridge decks in terms of greenhouse gas emissions and waste production.
