Smart Grid Dispatching Decision-making Risk Transmission Model Considering Information Risk Element Uncertainty

For the uncertainty of information risk element in the process of power grid dispatching decision-making in smart grid,the paper exploited the core information risk element of influence dispatching decision-making,and measured the risk element uncertainty by using the trapezoidal fuzzy number,then built a hierarchical power grid dispatching decision-making information risk element transmission path,finally utilized TFN-AHP model to analyze its risk transfer mechanism and the influence degree of the dispatching decision-making behavior. The research results show that the power grid dispatcher physiological information risk element,the grid dispatcher psychological state information risk element,weather state information risk of dispatching day and active load information risk element have greater influence on the smart grid dispatching decision-making,the other information risk element uncertainty has relatively weak effects on smart grid dispatching.
