We have shown a far-field expression of EM-waves depolarized by random medium. In this paper, using the first order perturbation expression of the depolarized EM-waves, we give the average of the waves in a compact form. The analysis of the average leads to derivation of the second order moment equation, i.e., the equation for the spatial coherence function of the crossly polarized waves caused by depolarization.
