65㎚ CMOS 공정을 이용한 다중 대역폭을 갖는 LTE용 Low-Pass Filter의 설계

This paper describes a Multi-Band Low-Pass Filter for LTE(Long Term Evolution) application and automatic filter tuning circuit using 65㎚ CMOS process. To cover the multi-bandwidth, an efficient capacitance tuning scheme to minimizing area is proposed. The Low-Pass Filter consume 9.84mW from a 1.2V supply.
