A novel LightLabel orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (LL-OFDM) system for cross-layer lightpath monitoring and setup

We experimentally demonstrate, for the first time, a novel LightLabel OFDM (LL-OFDM) system supporting real-time lightpath tracing and cross-layer lightpath configuration. Simulations show its benefits, including reduced setup latency and lower blocking probability.
