The Advantages and Analysis of Development Key Points of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Changzhou

The hardware and software design of a digital control system based on PLC for narrow gap MIG pulsating welder is introduced in this paper.We have designed special welding torch using for this project.The difficulty of un-complete penetration of both jamb walls can be solved.The welder presents good performance in stability,reliability,adaptability,and many advantages such as welding parameters presetting,memory,locking,display,and automatic arc stricking and stopping.The key point of Changzhou's manufacturing industry,predicts that Changzhou will be an important engineering base of project machinery and car components in China in 2010.
