Cardiac computed tomography for the diagnosis of right ventricular implantable cardioverter-defibrillator lead perforation.

A 37-year-old farmer has an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) implantation in December 2003 because of a Brugada–Brugada syndrome. The implantation of an atrial and ventricular lead was performed through the left subclavian vein without complications. The threshold values of the leads were excellent, specifically those of the ventricular lead (R-wave amplitude 9.2 mV, pacing threshold 0.4 V/0.5 ms, pacing impedance 577Ω).
