An Overview on the Control Methods for Launch Vehicle Flexible Stability

This paper summarizes the methods for the mode suppression of launch vehicle.Different approaches for this problem can be divided into two classes.One is the integrated techniques based on Robust control theory,which do not explicitly use any structural filters.And the other is the scheme to use notch filters.The theory and design procedure of the presented methods are discussed in detail.It also gives comments on these methods.Finally,some research tendencies are given.
