육상 100m Bunch Start 동작의 지면반력분석

This study is to analyze Ground Reaction Forces of the short-distance race start maneuver. The following are the results of the analysis. First, the response time of Excellent Sprinter Group (N1) was faster than Average Sprinter Group (N2) by 0.05 s. The mean times were 0.67s (N1) and 0.72s (N2) respectively. Second, the change in stride length at the starting zone was 2.61m in N1 and 2.52m in N2, which shows Excellent Sprinter Group (N1) has a 0.09 m longer stride. Third, the maximum horizontal ground reaction forces (Fy) were bigger by 0.04 BW in N1 on the left side and 0.05 BW in N2 on the right side. Fourth, in the maximum vertical ground reaction forces, N1 showed a 0.05 BW larger value on the left side and on the right side the two groups showed an identical value. The force at the start time is delivered to the block. Horizontal resistance (Fy) and vertical resistance (Fz) will get starting power (propelling power). It is estimated that N1 sprinters will have stronger forces and faster initial horizontal speed than N2 players. It is thought that the records of N2 sprinters can be improved if the posture or method to increase front propelling power - just like excellent sprinters in N1 - is improved.
