Control scheme and its realization for gun perforator ultrahigh hydraulic pressure and high temperature resistance detector system

High temperature and ultrahigh pressure resistances are main important parameters for a gun perfo- rator.A control scheme and its realization for Gun Perforator Ultrahigh Hydraulic Pressure and High Tempera- ture resistances detection system are discussed in detail together with the design of control systems for ultrahigh pressure and temperature and the design of control software.According to inkling-control conclusion,the system can simulate the high-temperature and ultrahigh hydraulic-pressure environment(300℃,200 MPa)of oil well,and it features simple operation,high detecting precision,working safety and reliability.
