Evaluation of Psychological Contract Based on Neural Network

According to the characteristics of employees? psychological contract, a BP neural network model is designed to evaluate the psychological contract of enterprise employees by combining the specific indicators affecting their psychological contract and BP neural network algorithm, and based on this model, the evaluation and study of the psychological contract has been performed for the employees. The results show that: the evaluation of psychological contract by neural network is more accurate, and we believe that the BP neural network based learning algorithm and the evaluation employee model for the employees? psychological contract level with such algorithm as the core are effective. This model substitutes the previous subjective evaluation methods of psychological contract, making the evaluation process more efficient and result more scientific.
