Strategy as moral philosophy

A conceptual framework of ‘Strategy as Moral Philosophy’ is developed, with the corporation cast as a Moral Agent. This framework represents a counterpart, at the level of strategic management, to an emerging integration of economics with ethics at the aggregate level. Several implications are traced out for strategic management theories, practices, problems and pedagogy.
