The Research and Realization of Public Safety Orientated Panoramic Video Hotspot Interaction Technique

The characteristic of panoramic videos that distinct from normal video is data of panoramic match with dimensional position. Each frame of video has feature of spatialization, in addition, contents of video change constantly as time and location change, therefore management based on video content is hard to be realized. This article focusses on technics of adding hotspot in video realizing interaction, which solves the problem of delicacy management for video contents. The key technologies of hotspot interaction for panoramic video is splicing, roaming and dynamic hotspot selection. This paper firstly introduced relative research on panoramic video and problems while it being applied in city scenarios. Secondly the method of spicing, roaming as well as design and selection of interaction hotspot for panoramic video is studied. Finally, according to requirements and features of urban public safety management, urban panoramic video hotspot interaction system is established based on WebGL 3D modelling interface. Panoramic video hotspot interaction technology extends its applied range and improves delicacy management.
