Cardiac diseases classification based on scalable pattern representations

This paper analyzes the characteristics of semantics implicity of electrocardiogram(ECG) data stream, and describes the research motivation of finding the potential semantic matter on data stream. Based on SP-Tree, this paper has proposed Pattern2vec method, it can realize the vector representations of scalable pattern and take advantage of the vector to discover the implicit semantics on data stream. This paper has carried out the typical application study, namely using the vectorization expression of scalable patterns for helping medical workers realize accurate classification of cardiac disease.
