The Model-Free Learning Adaptive Control of a Class of Miso Nonlinear Discrete-Time Systems

Abstract The model-free learning adaptive control (MFLAC) based on new concepts called pseudo-gradient (PG) for a class of non linear systems is presented in this paper. No structural information, no mathematical model, no training process and no external testing signals are needed. The unmodelled dynamics do not exist. The stability of the regulator are proved, and the robustness of the schemes is discussed. The simulation results for several typical nonlinear systems are given to demonstrate the correctness, effectiveness and advantages of the approaches proposed.
