An inquiry-based learning approach on a educational technology course

This study investigates the effectiveness of utilizing the inquiry-based learning approach to aid vocational school students on multimedia project design and development. The results indicate after a period of time there is a difference in student achievement between the inquiry-based learning approach and the traditional didactic instruction. In addition, based upon the experience on the inquiry-based learning process of developing learning tasks, most of the students reveal positive and favorable feelings toward their learning attitude, learning ability, and the online learning environment.
